About Us
Heart Led Transitions is a not for profit non-denominational Christian organization that is seeking 501(c)(3) status.
Mission: In Christ’s name, through events and outreach, helping women in transitions know that they are not alone and that they are enough.
Vision: All women feel supported by a community of Christ centered believers, have a strong sense of belonging and purpose, and feel loved during challenging times so we can bring goodness to the world.
Our Beliefs
We are to come together in fellowship, love, and support.
Hebrews 10:24-25: “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as sone are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another – and all the more you see the Day Approaching.”
John 13:34-35: “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you much love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciplines, if you love one another.”
Galatians 6:9-10: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
1 Thessalonians 5:11: “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact, you are doing.”
